Social Media Manager (Ref: AT/GEM022)

Your main responsibilities
- Manage social media official brand pages
- Create content within the brand strategy & marketing objectives
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Be responsible for SoMe Content creation needs management
- Have the overall community management of all social media accounts
- Monitor and report on results based on KPIs. Recommend strategies & apply tactics to optimize performance
- Manage the live content of the Resorts to enhance the real and authentic social content, covering “what’s on” and “happening now” at the resorts
- Run the Influencers’ campaigns and content creation/ evaluating and propose influencers
- Develop and manage competitions and campaigns
- Utilize and share key publicity outcomes of the brand on SoMe
- Monitor practices of the industry and content activities of competitor websites, e-listening and reporting
- Support the annual marketing planning.
- Ensure process compliance & third-party assessment
- Budget monitoring
- Support PR events and maximize content delivered from them across all channels
- Propose, implement and monitor dedicated campaigns maximizing the co-branding partnerships
- Propose and support the in-resort events to animate and promote major USPs/ provide live content
- Build collaborative relationships within resort personnel to be up to date on all activities
