Production Technical Manager

Strategic Partners, on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Production Technical Manager to supervise and optimize production processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support technical teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support, guide, and develop production and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and all relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
• Optimize production workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and analyze production data to support operational decision-making.
• Oversee technical documentation and support equipment maintenance plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical production standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
