As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (m/f), your primary duties will include:

• Organizing, supervising, and coordinating electrical maintenance activities within an industrial production and maintenance department.
• Monitoring, managing, and maintaining electrical installations and equipment across continuous production lines.
• Managing Medium & Low Voltage Substations (MV/LV), industrial automation systems, PLC programming, and industrial communication networks.
• Sourcing and demonstrating sound knowledge of the electrical equipment and spare parts market.
• Reviewing, interpreting, and working with electrical schematics using CAD/engineering software.
• Strictly implementing and enforcing industrial health, safety, and operational protocols.
• Utilizing enterprise IT systems (ERP and specialized industrial software).

To qualify for the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (m/f), you should have:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (University / Higher Technical Institute).
• 5+ years of relevant experience within an industrial production/maintenance environment.
• Proven expertise in electrical installations and continuous production equipment, MV/LV substations, industrial automation, PLC programming, and telecommunication networks.
• Strong familiarity with the electrical equipment and spare parts supply market.
• Proficiency in electrical schematics and CAD design tools.
• Practical knowledge of and commitment to industrial safety regulations.
• Solid computer literacy, including hands-on experience with ERP and related software.
