Office Administrator ( Metamorfosi)

Job description

• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage office supplies, procurement, vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility needs.
• Maintain filing systems, records, documents and internal databases.
• Handle incoming/outgoing communication: emails, calls, correspondence.
• Support HR processes (onboarding, documentation, access setup).
• Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, agendas, and minutes.
• Assist Finance with basic administrative tasks (invoices, receipts, petty cash, document handling).
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal company policies.
• Serve as a contact point between management, employees, and external partners.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Operations Support roles.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or fast-paced environments is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Sheets).
• Familiarity with ERP or office management systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek
• Very good English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
