Job Description:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in the kitchen
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory
- Handle special dietary requests and menu modifications
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of kitchen management and food safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
