This role is key to ensuring smooth order processing
and excellent customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Manage incoming customer orders and monitor the
production process.
- Track shipments until delivery, keeping customers
informed throughout.
- Support
the Sales team and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Excellent English and French communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Team player with adaptability; prior customer service experience is a plus.
