ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading multinational Insurance Organization, is looking for an experienced professional to cover the role of Motor Claims Supervisor.
Motor Claims Supervisor (Ref. code 4506/MCS/ESS/GR)
He/She will be responsible of the motor claims team, merging technical processes with strategic planning and ensuring that appropriate procedures and tools are embedded and executed.
Key Accountabilities:- Direct and monitor areas of accountability to produce results consistent with policies, damages and legal requirements
- Review coverage questions and provide direction, interpretation and approval
- Resolve complex escalated claims issues
- Supervise negotiations to settle claims out-of-court up to a predetermined limit and on a timely manner
- Monitor and review claims to ensure that productivity levels are met, and that desired quality expectations and standards are achieved
- Manage and develop team skills and capabilities
- Suggest improvements to processes within the department for system design, methods and workflows
