Barista, Bartender

Our international buffet restaurants serve a lot of different fresh dishes from both the local and international kitchen. The à-la-carte restaurant serves Greek and Mediterranean cuisine and is also open for lunch and dinner. In our bars, guests can enjoy delicious coffee, fresh beverages and original cocktails, through the day.  In all our hotels we want to raise the basic need for food and drink in a special, colorful and spicy hospitality experience!

The Barista / Bartender shall prepare all (hot, cold, alcoholic and non) beverages for the customers while providing them with a positive and memorable experience.

• Extensive professional communication skills and appreciation of alternative lifestyles,
• fluently spoken and written English (more languages appreciated),
• experience in the field of Gastronomy of minimum 3 years,
• any certificates in Food & Beverage, Mixology, Latte Art or Hospitality are appreciated,
• deep understanding of Hospitality and Customer Service (e.g. etiquette, feedback handling, suggestive selling)
• ability to work with Point Of Sale (POS) systems,
• basic knowledge of general Health & Safety as well as HACCP or ISO 22000 standards.
