Membership Development Executive

• Membership acquisition through research, networking and outreach.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the club's memberships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, understanding their needs and aligning club offerings accordingly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns so as to promote membership benefits.
• Attend industry events and represent the club.
• Accurate data management and regular repost providing regarding the membership growth and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a familiar role.
  
• Proven experience in membership development, sales, or relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (both Greek & English).
