ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, an innovative IT integrator providing Information Technology Infrastructure, Network and Security solutions, is seeking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.

Marketing Executive (6341/ME/ESS/GR)


Responsibilities:
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, print, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer satisfaction and dedication
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
• Manage all printed/published/posted company advertisement
• Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
• Coordinate marketing agencies/3rd parties for events planning and implementing
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies, vendors, publishers, graphic designers
• Create relationships with our multiple vendors and execute co-activities
• Plan and implement internal branding
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the IT sector
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Literacy in Ms Office and marketing software (CRM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Good understanding of the technology industry
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• BSc/BA in marketing/communications, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
