Customer Care Supervisor

Manpower-Group on behalf of its client, a multinational consumer tire company, leader in its sector, is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Supervisor for Athens Premises!  

• Report to the Consumer & Trade Marketing Manager of South East Europe
• Manage the inbound calls from tyre dealers for order taking, back order management and overall support for the markets of SE Europe
• Manage the outbound calls for arranging fitment appointments for the leasing companies
• Provision the back office support for marketing promotions, returns of tyres, claims requests
• Support of the sales team and launch of outbound selling campaigns

• At least 5 years working experience in contact center (inhouse or outsourced)
• 3 years of the experience should be in the position of supervisor.
• University or college degree. Preferably in Business Studies.
• Personnel management
• SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Basic knowledge of the flow or delivery notes, invoices, credit notes
