We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the creation of a new internal department/Business Unit.
Your day to day
You will be working in a dynamic setting, that demands initiative and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:
- Establish and head a new department with the express purpose of utilising machine learning and other AI-technologies to supplement and improve our existing solutions
- Lead a team of programmers, and oversee the hiring and creation of a team of developers
- Create a company culture that inspires creativity, rewards new ideas, and uncompromisingly values ethics, transparency, and teamwork
- Design and development of web applications
- Collaborate with other developers, engineers, designers, and product managers
- Implementing best practices for the development and maintenance of scalable and reliable applications
- Participating in code reviews
- Monitor and improve the performance of the applications
- Addressing issues and debugging
If you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development methods
Excellent knowledge of the following technologies:
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular
- Back-end: Java, Python, Go, Node.js
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Knowledge of frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
