Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations department of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing room occupancy, managing online and offline bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel reservation activities (direct bookings, online channels, travel agents, walk-ins)
- Ensure accuracy of reservation details and communicate effectively with relevant departments
- Analyze booking trends and prepare reports such as occupancy forecasts, pickup reports, and performance analytics
- Implement and maintain pricing strategies across all distribution channels
- Ensure prompt responses to guest inquiries and reservation requests, maintaining a high standard of service
- Utilize and manage the hotel’s PMS/CRS and online booking systems (Pylon)
