Responsibilities       

• Oversee the daily pastry operations.
• Train and lead the pastry team to achieve their full potential.
• Supervising all staff actions during work.
• Applies classic pastry baking techniques when preparing traditional pastries.
• Keeps pastry section records.

Requirements

• Culinary-Pastry education or relevant certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a pastry cook.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
