Your main responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners in person and via calls / emails
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Act as a contact between the company and its existing partners
- Conduct site inspections of the properties with new or existing partners
- Organize familiarization trips for new or existing partners
- Provide weekly reports to Sales & Manager manager Eastern Europe
- Update the intranet
- Handle administrative requests and tasks
- Prepare contracts for B2B partners
- Check and correct brochure, website and text content
