Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office, including supplies, equipment, vendors, and facilities management.
- Maintain and optimize internal processes, office organization systems, and communication flow to support efficient business operations.
- Provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials to support decision-making and executive communication.
- Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and maturity.
