Profile
The Executive is responsible for the smooth operation of the organization and for the implementation of the corporate strategy. He/She will also be tasked with saving resources, increasing profitability and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the individual departments on daily operations.
- Control and guide the achievement of cost and revenue objectives.
- Monitor proper compliance with policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and improve business functions and performance.
- Ensure the effectiveness and implementation of interdepartmental procedures.
- Organize and coordinate functions within and between the various departments.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance to staff and solve issues that may arise.
