Production Shift Supervisor

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a company operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment and adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices and quality compliance standards, is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to join their team in Larisa.

📌 Location: Larisa, Greece

🖋️You will be reporting to: Plant Manager

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support production operators throughout the shifts.
• Ensure seamless production flow with full compliance to SOPs, GMP, and company standards.
• Monitor equipment and processes, identify deviations early, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Organize and allocate tasks based on priorities and production planning.
• Oversee batch documentation and verify production instructions with accuracy.
• Train and coach personnel on procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all health & safety policies.
• Collaborate closely with QA, QC, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong command of English (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Leadership mindset, organizational strength, and the ability to take initiative.
• High sense of responsibility and critical thinking.
