Marketing Communications & Client Planning Associate

TIEM ADV was founded in 2004 and is a creative design agency in the field of advertising and communication. Working domestically, globally and always in collaboration with strong partners, we offer complete, integrated and innovative services in graphic design, branding, communication and promotion, label & packaging and web design. Our purpose is to design brands and products with consistency, responsibility and with a unique identity and continuous impact on people. To achieve this, we work closely with our clients to clarify their brand vision, values ​and needs, and produce tailored and original ideas.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications & Client Planning Associate.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Agency’s documentation including creative briefs, cost estimates, agendas, production calendars, meeting summaries etc.
• Meet job deadlines by creating schedules, setting priorities, managing a diverse workload.
• Maintain and nurture business relationships with our clients.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant field.
• Communication and negotiation skills, self motivated, good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in Greek and in English; both oral and written.

Nice to have (considered as a plus)

• 1-2 years of total experience in any related field.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite etc.).
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
