Managerial Kitchen Staff wanted-new opening Upscale Bakery & Catering- Manama, Bahrain

The Company
This is a restaurant group in Bahrain, that has currently 3 establishments in Manama and 1 in Riffa. They have 2 boutique café restaurants, a fine dining degustation restaurant and a lounge bar-restaurant.
Now looking for the below positions for a new opening of an Upscale Bakery & Catering in Manama.
The venue is estimated to open by March 2024, so looking to cover NOW the below Managerial positions to assist with the pre-opening and decide the staff structure later on.
The 4 candidates will join first the main restaurant operation.
For the head baker and catering chef – they will start planing for the business with the Group’s Executive chef menus, kitchen structure, kitchen layout and more.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: For all positions, candidates that will succeed initially at their online interview, will be invited after for a live trial for a couple of days at Manama city. Air ticket and accommodation will be covered by the company.
