Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with colleagues across departments
- Support the Front Office team and the other departments with Sani Rewards Program information, including guests stars, loyalty benefits, and terms & and conditions
- Manage personalization, printing and delivery of membership cards to operations teams
- Be the face of the “loyalty team”, and handle all aspects of communication, including negotiation and complaint handling from the guests
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & and guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival, and post-stay
- Update loyalty-related content across channels when required
What will you bring?
- Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in the Tourism/Hospitality industry
- Knowledge of Opera PMS (Hotel Property Management Software)
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English
- CRM experience would be a plus
