ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a well-esteemed multinational organization within the Industrial sector, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Accounting & Finance Manager.
Accounting and Finance Manager (Ref. 5500/AFM/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the department and lead the team of two members
- Fulfill all accounting, tax and reporting obligations with a hands on approach
- Prepare the analytical budget and forecast according to HQ requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly data and closure process in cooperation with HQ Finance Dept
- Prepare management reporting (monthly results, deviations, corrective actions to achieve predetermined goals)
- Coordinate and monitor cashflow, credit control and timely payment of company liabilities
- Monitor the company's commercial, pricing and credit policy and collaborate with all company’s departments
- Monitor and comply with all obligations to public funds and agencies
- Communication with external partners (auditors, banks etc.)
