ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a leading multinational telecommunications company, is seeking a Junior Wireless Product Manager to join its team in Athens.

Job Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of product managers are to provide competitive and valuable solutions to help customers succeed. To take a step forward, product managers need to be the technical interface between the customers and account manager, and the main interface to the technical customers.
Their main responsibilities are as follows:
1.Insights: Understand the mobile industry environment, identify customers/operators strategy, identify pain points, specify solution strategies, develop market plans, match market requirements, and make corresponding resource plans
2.Development: Support customer requirement identification, guide wireless solution development, gain insights from dimensions such as market space, product alignment, channel strategy, and opportunity, explore opportunities, develop projects, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve order and revenue targets
3.Communicate with the technical customer: Product managers establish good communication with customers and internal technical interface, establish a good personal brand, guide departments to implement product improvement strategies in an end-to-end manner, and continuously improve solution competitiveness
4.Marketing: Product managers support brand marketing activities and ecosystem construction to expand industry influence
Skill requirements:
1.Technical skills: Basic knowledge and background in the mobile communications industry, including but not limited to 2G/3G/4G/5G, Microwave backhaul, wireless radio antenna, indoor coverage, site energy and so on
2.Organization and coordination capability: As the product manager, take charge of internal and external coordination and communication to ensure the product delivery as planned
3.Risk assessment capability: Be able to evaluate the impact and risks of issues from the perspective of users based on big data and historical product experience. Problem solving skills
4.Communication skills: Good communication between customers. Good at technical solution presentation / telecom industry trend presentation
5.Good IT skills: Make a product presentation / data analysis for insight and process-based work
6.Experience on working in Telecom Vendor or Operator
