Hotel Receptionist Sifnos

Nival Boutique Hotel, situated in Apollonia, is looking for the ideal candidate for the position of receptionist for the summer season 2024 (May-October).

This is a full-time job.

Main Duties:

• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out (confirms their details, informs them about the payment methods)
• Informs customers about the hotel facilities and provides information on local attractions and services
• Respond to all guest questions and requests with accuracy and immediacy
• Informs the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments for the intervention and treatment of any problems or complaints
• Monitors customer accounts and checks
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum work experience of 3 years in a similar role. Pre-opening experience will be considered a plus.
• Excellent Knowledge of English language. Knowledge of additional foreign language will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
