Construction Site Manager

Are you a Civil Engineer with proven work experience in construction industry eager to take the next step in your career?

Are you interested in working on a large scale wind energy project in a leading company?

• Liaison with the Client’s Construction Manager and the Site Manager of the Construction Contractor
• Participation in meetings with the Client and the Construction Contractor
• Review and opine on road design and hydrological study of the Wind Farm
• Coordination of the site team of inspectors (Surveyor, civil engineer, electrical engineer, H&S Inspector)
• Coordination of quality control activities of (site supervision of works, review of technical specifications, monitoring the implementation of Inspection Point Program, review and approval of Inspection Tests Protocols, etc)
• Coordination of the reporting activities to the Client (monthly, weekly, daily)
• Review and opine on contractual issues as requested by the Client (Contractor’s claims, variation, etc)
• Monitoring of the construction time-schedule
• Monitoring of project’s budget
• Any other opinion on technical issues maybe requested by the Client

• Bsc in Civil Engineering (Polytechnic School)
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of specific technical requirements
