Μέλος του ομίλου της μεγαλύτερης εταιρίας οικιακού εξοπλισμού αναεξοπλισμού αναζητά Executive Secretary για μόνιμη απασχόληση στα κεντρικά γραφεία της στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, accurate & reliable administrative support and assistance
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings, and conferences as required
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary
- Schedule and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes
- Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of the executive, review contents, determine importance, and summarizes and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff
- Perform daily record keeping and filing of documents
- Managing and updating as necessary the agenda and calendar with the aim to meet coordination and travel arrangements as required
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
