The Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of assigned
key accounts, driving sustainable growth through long-term partnerships and
value-based solutions. These
accounts are Large & Complex E&I Accounts in the sense that they are
part of a larger group of companies and operate in complex processes with
multiple departments.
The role requires
the delivery of professional field sales and high-level customer consultation
across assigned customers nationwide within the target industry, with a strong
focus on on-site engagement and relationship building. This includes regular
coverage of Korinthos, Attica, Voiotia, and Volos for 3–5 days per month, with
overnight stays as required to effectively support customer needs and business
development.
What you will do:
- Manage and strategically develop
defined key accounts in both regular and project business, including products, services and software solutions.
- Providing
efficient solutions and technical support on construction or production sites
backed by our innovative range of products and services.
- Beyond managing the primary
sold-to accounts on the platform, the Key Account Manager is also responsible
for identifying, mapping, and developing all associated ship-to customers
within the facilities linked to those accounts. This includes building relationships
with relevant stakeholders, understanding site-specific needs, and driving
tailored solutions and incremental sales across the broader customer network.
- Work
across multiple departments within these customers and collaborate internally with
colleagues (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical
services, customer service) in MO Greece and abroad.
What you need is:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or
economics or similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in
sales related to industrial, energy, construction, or similar sector.
- Demonstrated ability to understand
complex customer requirements, develop tailored value‑based solutions, and
drive strategic customer engagements.
- Strong organizational skills with
a structured, proactive, and independent work style, focused on achieving
targets and driving outcomes.
- Very good level of English.
- Willingness to travel regularly
within the assigned territory to support field sales and customer consultations.
- Valid driving license.
- Experience
with personal computers is required, particularly in utilizing software like
Microsoft Outlook, Power Point Presentations, Microsoft Excel
