Your responsibilities for the position of Network Manager:
  • Oversee all local marketing strategies. Support local teams on marketing tactics. Distribution and push of best practices across the network.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts. Utilize data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Guide the local teams to develop robust sales strategies for each museum based on the market trends needs and the local team set up. Build other revenue streams models to increase visitors engagement and revenue. Set up KPIs and sales targets across all sales segments incl. school and tourism groups, corporate events and sponsorships.
  • Monitor revenue generation, budgeting, marketing expenses and forecasting.
  • Utilize visitor feedback, surveys and reviews to identify opportunities for improving visitor experiences. Implement strategies to increase visitor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assess the training and development needs of the museum teams. Design and deliver training programs together with HR to enhance customer service, sales techniques, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the overall network of museums. Provide insights and recommendations based on regional performance analysis and industry trends.
  • Monitor competition on a local and global level.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Make sure you fulfill the following criteria for the position of Network Manager:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales preferably in the entertainment and/ or tourism sector on a global/ regional work environment.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Flexibility to travel when needed.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
