Logistics Assistant

A leader in the multinational market is looking for a Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and customer operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods across the supply chain.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to grow within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. 

As a Logistics Assistant your responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, handle customs processes, and resolve delays.
• Communicate with carriers, handle returns (reverse logistics), and prepare logistics reports. 
• Support material planning, packaging orders, and monitor production quality standards. 
• Manage SAP transactions, maintain accurate master data, and handle purchase orders. 
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Procurement) to resolve order issues and customer complaints

The ideal candidat efor the position of Logistics Assistant will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (internships are accepted). 
• Strong technical skills in ERP (SAP MM/SD/WM preferred) and MS Excel. 
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and supply chain fundamentals.
