We are currently recruiting for their brand new All-Villa Resort situated in the picturesque Kea Island.

What to expect:
All UWORC Ambassadors are entitled complimentary mental health sessions every month in collaboration with our mental health counselor “Thriving Soul”
  • Maximum of 8 & 1/2 working hours per day including 30 min break

The Role:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, in accordance with menu specifications and recipes
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the standards set by the resort and maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with local health regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff members, providing guidance on culinary techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage and Front Office, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

  • Proven experience working as a Cook or Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
