ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an International Group of Companies, is seeking a skilled and driven professional for the role of the Group ICT Director.
Group ICT Director (Ref.3561/ICT/ESS/GR)
Leads, directs and oversees the Information Communications Technology function for the Group, and ensures continuous operation and cost-efficiency of the systems, network, database architecture and data security, in order to achieve consistency, reliability and disaster recovery management.
Main Tasks:

Prepare strategic and operational plans for the ICT department to ensure that all necessary ICT tools, processes and systems are in place to meet the requirements of the business and contribute to the achievement of short and long-term goals of the Group.

Manage and provide oversight for the implementation of the ICT security strategy and disaster recovery plan that minimizes the risk of data loss and breach of privacy of the Group’s information.

Ensure development, implementation and maintenance of all policies related to ICT services; develop and manage the planning and budgeting for the function to ensure that resources are used to provide best in class ICT services that are in line with organizational growth.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure in line with the Group growth plans, and changing business requirements or technological advancements.

Control and monitor corporate ICT projects progress; ensure ICT systems comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Lead a team of professionals within own area of control.
