Regional People & Talent Partner

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Regional Talent & Development Partner to join a fast-growing international leader in the circular economy and environmental solutions sector. In this role, you will serve as the core catalyst for people capability across our international operations - partnering directly with business leaders to attract mid-to-senior level talent, drive performance management frameworks, and deliver impactful L&D programs. Based in Athens with frequent international travel, you will bridge strategic HR initiatives with operational execution in a fast-paced, sustainability-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities of this Regional People & Talent Partner:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior operational roles across the UAE, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers.
• Performance Appraisal Coordination: Drive the execution of performance review cycles, assist managers with KPI setting, track completions, and organize follow-up development plans.
• Training & L&D Delivery: Coordinate and facilitate internal training workshops, onboard new hires, assess regional skill gaps, and manage external training providers.
• Talent Development Support: Support high-potential tracking, career pathing initiatives, and succession planning frameworks under the guidance of HR leadership.
• Operations & Labor Law: Ensure all recruitment and talent activities comply with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies.

The ideal candidate for this Regional People & Talent Partner position should have:

• 3–6 years of dedicated HR experience with a strong mix of Talent Acquisition and/or L&D/Talent Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Practical experience running KPI, OKR, and competency-based appraisal cycles.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills (for training decks) and Excel proficiency (for HR metrics/reporting).
• Business fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset.
• Full flexibility to travel frequently (once every month) across regional sites.
