• Customer account development.
• Work closely with export sales team to confirm technical specifications for the assembly, completion and delivery
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded on every interaction.
• Customer account monitoring and support.
• Ordering flow feedback.
• Aftersales customer support.
• Quality of service high standards.

The position of Technical & Customer Services Engineer is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Professional level skills in French and English language.
• Technical background
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
• ERP use experience in CRM, Offers, and Ordering.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in industrial environment will be considered as an asset
