We are looking for a Bellman who wants to move his/her career forward. As a bellman you will…
- Greet guests and assist with luggage, providing exceptional customer service
- Deliver luggage & packages to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Issue room keys
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Entry Requirements:
- Knowledge of English Language
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high guest traffic
