Topos Exclusive, a brand new complex of 9 windmills on Santorini island, is looking for a Reservations & E-Commerce Executive based in our Athens office. The Reservations and E-commerce executive will be responsible for handling all reservation related tasks, connectivity and optimisation of online B2C/B2B channels, direct booking sources and by expanding the partner distribution network.
The Role:
- Set up Rates, price-list periods, and inventory in OTAs / Channel manager and inform accordingly all travel partners
- Manage connectivity of channel manager with OTAs, Wholesalers, GDS, Affiliations, T.A. Consortia and direct booking engine.
- Actively participate in overall pricing procedure by preparing relevant documents and securing the competitiveness of online rates.
- Controlling rate distribution and manages parity issues with third parties.
- Exploiting new promotional opportunities on existing OTAs.
- Effectively adjust rates and policies within the year according to our pricing strategy.
- Monitor competition pricing/polices and suggest adjustments.
- Update content online including tactical content review on key selling platforms.
- Ensure that systems are running properly and are updated.
- Knowledge and previous experience of Primal Res, Web Hotelier, PMS would be appreciated
- Prepare arrival / departure reports and communicate them with relevant staff.
- Manage reservations
- Communicate effectively, with current and potential guests in regards to any issue, relevant to their stay.
Required Qualifications:
- University/College degree in Hospitality studies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Professional certifications will be positively evaluated.
- Team player.
- Creative personality, striving for innovative solutions.
- Excellent knowledge and use of the English Language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Multi-tasking and able to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
