Job Description:
- Carries out administrative tasks in order to give the needed support and information to Organised Trade Sales team
- Processing of incoming orders from Sales Representatives via the company system
- Registration of the orders from depots and sharing with the Logistics Department for routing
- Registration of changes/updates of the customers’ contracts as and when needed
- Collaboration with Trade Marketing to send needed promotional material and tools to warehouse
- Cooperation and communication with N. Greece Sales Team for the distribution of the promotional material
- Communication with the Logistics Department to make sure sufficient capacity of products is distributed to the customers during promotional periods
- Updating and distribution of daily Sales report to North Greece Sales Teams
- Updating dedicated order forms of products according to company’s portfolio
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- 1-2 Years experience in Administration (Ideally in Sales)
- Fluent English
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- University Degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Lead day to day execution un-supervised
