Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to delight our guests
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Collaborating with the team to create innovative and delicious menus
• Training and supervising junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
