Production Engineer

We are looking to hire a Production Engineer to join our Production Department. As the production engineer, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and monitor the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The role is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Production team members to support production planning while assuring and enhancing production safety culture.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Monitor, analyze, and report production KPIs.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Resolve production-related issues in a timely manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Ideally, at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• Good math and technical skills
• Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP)
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
