As a Compliance Officer in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:
  • Assist Global Compliance Manager in all aspect of Global Compliance as requested
  • Provide support to BUs related to quality compliance as requested
  • Assist in the development of compliance training or procedures as requested
  • Maintenance of the quality compliance portal and records of Quality Agreements
  • Monitor industry, regulatory developments and issuance of Quality or Regulatory Bulletins as requested

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The position of Compliance Officer is just the right one for you if you possess the following prerequisites:
  • BS or MS in scientific discipline or equivalent. University Degree of technical background in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy/Biology. Postgraduate studies will be considered an asset
  • Excellent English knowledge, both spoken and written
  • Advanced PC skills: ΜS office, MS internet & portal applications
  • At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 1-2 years in quality/pharm industry compliance and / or regulatory affairs. Understanding of quality and compliance aspects of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills needed to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to innovate, analyze, and solve problems related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to work across cultures/countries/sites.
