Sous Chef - Wagamama

We are looking for:

• sous chef

• have great skills on all wagamama stations (ramen, sushi, wok, teppan, fry)
• guide and support wagamama line chefs to deliver brilliant food.
• check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• ensure all standards are met in preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food.
• be ambitious, take on additional responsibilities and eager to progress

• team player
• attention to detail and quality
• good knowledge of the english and/or Greek
• experience as chef de partie
• previous experience as sous chef will be an advantage
• be able to work in a fast- paced environment

• a paid a – z training on all aspects of the position
