The Company promotes real estate to local and international investors in Greece and is seeking for it's Athens branch a:
Lawyer (Ref: LA-01), to join the company’s In-House Legal department with responsibility to all legalities concenring real estate transactions. They will have strong experience in real estate transactions, clear and effective drafting with strong negotiation and communication skills. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast paced environment and will be expected to build positive realationships with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal department coordination
-
Oversee external legal parties
-
Check of Legal Framework of Real Estate
-
Preparation of legal reports, agreements and contracts.

Legal support to company’s departments.

Negotiations with all involved parties.
-
Supervision of all relevant procedures in Public authorities and Land registries.

Coordination of property contracts with public notaries, external associates etc.

Legal research.
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS - REQUIREMENTS

University Degree in Law.

Proven experience of +6 years in real estate cases in Greece, is essential.

Strong leadership skills.

Excellent language skills in English & Greek, both written and spoken.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

MS office knowledge.
-
Team oriented personality.

Driving license.
-
Military Obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
