UBR GR is the Greek branch of the Bulgarian company UBR GR EOOD. The branch operates two retail stores – one in Athens and one in Thessaloniki – both opened last year.
We are looking for a freelance accountant, fully licensed to practice in Greece, to provide the following services:
- Monthly bookkeeping of income, expenses, and bank transactions
- Monthly and annual preparation and submission of all required regulatory filings
- Monthly and annual payroll calculations and related filings
In addition, we require:
- Monthly CSV/Excel exports of all accounting and payroll transactions and the trial balance, for uploading into our ERP system
- Ongoing monitoring of Greek regulatory changes and proactive advice to ensure continued compliance
- The work can be performed entirely online. Communication will be conducted by email and/or phone.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online interview.
