Jobfind.gr is seeking Czech / Slovak Customer Care Advisors on behalf of a multinational company.
A Customer Care Agent is responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering telephones, providing customer information, handling transactions, managing customer access, and dealing with customer complaints.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding services to existing clients and handle any inbound inquiries (voice, chat, email)
- Troubleshoot any issues your clients need assistance with
- Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department.
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
The ideal Customer Care Agent will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Native or fluent in Czech / Slovak
- Advanced command of English
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer savvy
