As a Supply Chain Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

• Streamlining sales order processing to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Orchestrating seamless deliveries and returns in collaboration with the 3PL warehouse partners
• Communicating with the warehouse and customers, regarding any delivery issues that may arise
• Managing the posting of delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes with attention to detail
• Keeping all the customers informed with precise delivery estimations
• Controlling customers' Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to accommodate modifications to sales orders efficiently
• Maintaining up-to-date departmental reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you should possess:

• BSc Degree in Business Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain
• Master’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
• Proven previous experience in supply chain at least 3-5 years
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of ERP system. Knowledge of SAP B1 will be considered as a great asset
• Proficient oral and written command of the English language
