Job Role : As a Reservations Agent you play a vital role in ensuring smooth booking processes and providing excellent customer service. Analyze all guest and travel agent requirements through telephone, mails and recommend suitable options for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle daily correspondence and make sure that files are kept up to date
- Handle all telephone / email reservation requests
- Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Process advance deposits on reservations
- Up-sell last rooms accurate, as per resort’s policy
- A pleasant, patient, communicative personality with strong negotiation skills should be the major attributes of this person
- Loading TO Contracts --- Protel
- Loading special offers --- Protel
- Should have concrete knowledge of all hotel facilities and operations
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as Reservations agent
- Understanding of office management
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent proven knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Well-organized with a guest-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Good knowledge of PMS
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Email Marketing, Online Analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
