upcoming opening in Piraeus a professional for the position of:
Reservations Executive

Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas, the new member
of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, is situated in an iconic location on the
seafront, overlooking the cosmopolitan Marina Zeas. The property will feature
total 72 luxury serviced suites and residences - 28 of which will offer direct
views to the marina and sea. With a set of premium amenities such as on-site
gym, meeting space and digital-first experience, Wyndham Residences Piraeus
Marina Zeas meets the needs of each travel purpose - business or leisure.
As a
Reservations Executive, you will
be responsible for monitoring inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue while
ensuring a seamless guest experience service. This role requires a deep understanding of our
offerings and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of reservations procedures including online/offline bookings, allocation, modifications, cancellations, charges/refunds, next day arrival report review
- Provide excellent customer service by replying to guest experience requests, providing recreational/dining recommendations and attending to guests’ special requests
- Handling reservation requests from TA/TO and marking them as VIP – Inform Management of new agencies/companies to grow collaboration
- Report any issues with rate parity and participate with management in meetings for pricing strategy to reach revenue goals. Implement procedures to drive revenue
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to boost bookings and visibility
- Review on daily basis inventory and inform Management in case of discrepancies. Send stop sales when necessary.
- Prepare reports and statistics as requested by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Hospitality or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent role in a 4* or 5* city hotel
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of hotel management system (mainly OPERA) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team, contributing positively to the working environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details; strategic thinker
