As a Sales Engineer, your main responsibilities are:

• Design tailored security solutions, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Use a consultative sales approach to recommend appropriate solutions and services, understand customer challenges, and win sales orders to meet sales targets.
• Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) in order to manage administrative procedures in sales processes.
• Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

For the Sales Engineer position, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
• Strong interpersonal skills, innovative approach, flexible, proactive, service-minded, and a strong team player
• Demonstrated experience in the integration of technology solutions
• Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
• Ability to travel (10%)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales
