Data Business Analyst (Ref: SIH/DBA022)

Your main responsibilities
- Audits, cleans, maintains data quality in Data Warehouse and Production DB, making sure that data collection processes are followed by all relevant departments (CRS, B2B, Sales, FO), assuring data quality for reporting.
- Extracts, transforms, automates data from databases and other platforms to create reports for internal clients (S&M, Executive team, BoD, CRS, etc)
- Designs new, refreshes & improves existing reports and dashboards on a schedule, meeting deadlines and assuring the accuracy of the data reported
- Responds to ad hoc requests from internal clients on data-related issues in a professional and timely manner
- Researches and gathers competition, flight data and other hospitality-related topics of interest in order to enrich standard and ad-hoc reporting processes with actionable insights
- Communicates internally (other departments) and externally (agencies, third party collaborators) to resolve problems or help implement new projects
