Adecco, on behalf of its client, a company operating in the distribution of consumer electronics, is seeking candidates to fill the following position:

Accounting Assistant (Kifisia)

Job Description

  • Posting purchase invoices, service invoices, and expenses in the accounting system
  • Issuing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Daily posting and reconciliation of bank transactions (e-banking, cards, POS)
  • Management and filing of accounting documents
  • Supporting supplier and customer reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of data for monthly and quarterly obligations
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitoring and updating accounting records in accordance with Greek tax legislation 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Greek tax legislation
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with accounting software (such as SoftOne) and MS Office
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
