ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an established IT integrator who is offering an extensive series of professional services in the areas of application software design and development, business analysis and project management, is seeking for a Java Engineer to join their highly qualified software development team.

The ideal candidate will join their Software Development team and be a part of large enterprise projects while placing emphasis in the delivery of high-quality services.

Job Description

• Participation in large enterprise projects (Banking, Telecom, Gaming, Business Domains)
• Write clean, readable Java code
• Develop, maintain and expand mission-critical applications and be a part of the full software development lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Engineering.
• 4 years of professional development experience in Java/Java EE
• Relevant Master's Degree will be considered as a plus
• Understanding of Data in the context of their respective business processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience with source control tools (SVN, Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle)
• Experience at writing and maintaining unit tests
• Good understanding of REST standards and API Exchange while having Web expertise (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS)
• Experience with various frameworks and languages, will be greatly appreciated (e.g. Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JSF, etc.)
• Solid conceptual, communicational skills & problem-solving attitude
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
